You are correct but they call it something slightly different to that.
There's a park at the north end of Kaneohe Bay on Oahu that has a full course.
I call it Frisbee golf...what else do they call it?

What is this device? It took me a while but I eventually worked it out. It's a game, however, I've never seen this game played but would certainly like to try it one day.
